Registration Information for the 2023 Season:

SSWRMSA Registration is open

• SSWRMSA uses Ramp Registration.
  
  • If you have not used RAMP Registration before with any association, you will need to create a new profile.  If you have used RAMP Registration before, there is no need to create a new profile.
• If listing of available packages for registration isn't immediate once you have logged into RAMP - click on Available Participant packages to view them.

Early Registration Discount is in effect until end of day February 14, 2023. 

• House C & Thunder - Discount of $40.00 will be applied to your registration.
• U9 - Discount of $20.00 will be applied to your registration.
• U7 and younger - registration fee is already discounted and does not qualify for an additional early registration discount.

Registration fees are paid to the association at time of registration.

Uniform and Volunteer Deposit checks should be post-dated to July 1, 2023.

Registration Fees: 2023 Thunder 

Registration fees are paid to the association at time of registration.

• To register for a Thunder team you must have been selected to play in the Thunder Rep B division
• Team fees are paid to the Thunder Team, once budget has been determined and approved.

Uniform and Volunteer Deposit checks should be post-dated to July 1, 2023.

• Uniform deposit not required for Teams that purchase their own Jerseys.

Schedules

• Practice schedules are released by mid-march usually once game schedule has been created.
• Thunder Game schedule is created by Lower Mainland Softball and normally released in March, distributed to Association Executive, then to teams.
  • Games usually start at 630pm, however, some fields require earlier or later start times.

Cancellation Fees:

• After January 31, 100% less $25.00 fee
• After March 1, 100% less $50.00 fee
• After March 24, no refund
